How to place an order online


From the e-shop menu, you can view all available products, or choose a specific collection. After adding the products you are interested in to your shopping bag, you can check your selection, modify it and proceed directly with the purchase. To complete your order, simply indicate the shipping address and choose a payment and shipping method. You can also create an account through the My Account section to save your information for future use.




Payment options and taxes


We accept payments through major credit cards and other payment methods expressly indicated on this website. The total of the order will be charged only after we have verified the details of your card, confirmed the availability of the products and prepared the order for shipment. Patisserie of the Pacific uses the most advanced security systems to protect its payment data, guaranteeing the absolute security of all transactions. The prices charged will be those published on this website and shown on the cart at the time of order confirmation, by selecting the appropriate purchase button. Prices will be indicated exclusively in Dollars (US) and the total amount of the order will include, where applicable, taxes and duties and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated separately. A tax receipt will be issued for the purchased products.




Order proposal


The purchase procedure will end by selecting the appropriate final order confirmation button (hereinafter the "Order"), thus validating the order proposal made. A copy of the same will be sent both to Patisserie of the Pacific and to the e-mail address you provided in the purchase form. Once you have confirmed the Order proposal, the content of the same can no longer be changed.




Order confirmation


The Order is confirmed by Patisserie of the Pacific only by sending a confirmation email to the email address you indicated in the purchase form. The email will contain the confirmation and a summary of the conditions of the purchase itself, such as: the description of the product, including information about the same, the total price of the order, including taxes and shipping cost.




Delivery time


Our cake orders are mailed out every Monday and Wednesday. Order cutoffs are on the previous day by 12 noon (PST). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. If you'd like your cakes for a special event, please consider the time of your order and your delivery location. Our shipping recommendations can be found on our Shipping Policy page. Cancellations or modification of order


Orders canceled within 24 hours may qualify for cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders after 24 hours or more due to production procedures. Please note that we may not be able to change your shipping address once your order has been placed, but we will do our best. SHIPMENT

Shipping methods and cost


We offer shipping through USPS Priority Mail and UPS expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the products ordered and the final destination. For more information about our shipping recommendations, visit our Shipping Policy page.




Tracking your shipment


At the time of shipment, your Order will be assigned a USPS or UPS tracking number. You will receive this number by e-mail, along with the link to check the delivery date. It is also possible to access this information in My Account.

AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE

Refund


Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is very important to us so if you feel you did not receive the product or service that you paid for then please reach out to us at service@patisserieofthepacific.com. We are happy to help sort things out and offer a refund or credit when appropriate. The reimbursement of the price of the products will take place with the same payment method used for the purchase. Patisserie of the Pacific will confirm the refund by e-mail.
