FLEUR DE SEL FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

Hand-harvested from sea water, fleur de sel is known as the purest of the sea salts. Low in sodium and rich with minerals such as potassium and magnesium, fleur de sel has a full, complex flavor and tastes like the ocean. Paired with the richness of cacao, our new flourless chocolate cake finds just the right balance of not too sweet and not too heavy.

 

Garnished with fleur de sel collected by hand in Colima, Mexico.

 

Serves 6-10 people.

  • Ingredients

    Organic sugar, organic butter, organic cacao chips, organic cocoa powder, organic eggs, organic heavy cream, fleur de sel.

  • Nationwide Shipping

    Orders ship on Tuesdays and arrive in 1-2 days. Cakes can be stored in the refrigerator for 5 days after arrival.

    Select your preferred ship date up to 30 days in advance. Order cutoffs for the upcoming week are on Sundays at 12 noon (PST).
