SHIPPING POLICY

Our cake orders are mailed out every Monday and Wednesday. Order cutoffs are on the previous day by 12 noon (PST). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
 
If you'd like your cakes for a special event, please consider the time of your order and your delivery location. Please note our shipping recommendations below, and if you have questions about shipping, reach out to us at service@patisserieofthepacific.com.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL
USPS Priority Mail delivers in 1-3 business days after shipment, however, delivery times may vary depending on the local post office at the final destination. This option generally works quite well for all destinations, however, it is not guaranteed and so while it is the most affordable shipping option, it is not our first recommendation. Pâtisserie of the Pacific is not responsible for carrier delays.
Our Tip
If you choose this option, we recommend tracking your package and checking your local post office for arrival after 3 business days, as sometimes the post office will hold it on site for 1-3 days before delivering to your door, adding further delay and compromising the freshness of your cake.
UPS - Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air
 
UPS Next Day Air offers the only guaranteed date of delivery. Due to COVID-19, the Service Guarantee remains suspended for all other UPS shipments from any origin to any destination. You can read more about their policies here.
 
Please note that Pâtisserie of the Pacific is not responsible for delays caused by UPS due to weather or mechanical error and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.
IMPORTANT NOTES

All cakes are shipped from Long Beach, CA.

At this time, orders cannot be shipped to a PO BOX address. Please make sure to provide a valid street address for your order, including apartment numbers, suites or floor numbers. Pâtisserie of the Pacific is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Please note that we may not be able to change your shipping address once your order has been placed, but we will do our best.

If no one is present at delivery address, the carrier will leave the package (no signature required). Pâtisserie of the Pacific is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have left our shipping department.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately we are not able to offer international shipping at this time. 
REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is very important to us so if you feel you did not receive the product or service that you paid for then please reach out to us at service@patisserieofthepacific.com. We are happy to help sort things out and offer a refund or credit when appropriate. Please note that Pâtisserie of the Pacific is not responsible for carrier damage or delays.
