SHIPPING POLICY

All cake orders ship out on Tuesdays with expedited shipping and arrive in 1-2 days. This ensures cakes arrive as quickly as possible and stay fresh through the weekend when kept in the refrigerator for 3-4 days after arrival. Order cutoffs for the upcoming week are on Sundays at 12 noon (PST). An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order has shipped.
 
We take cake orders up to one month in advance. Please selected your preferred shipping date from the calendar on the product page. Once your date has been selected, this date will be added for all the items you add to your cart. If you have questions about shipping, please reach out to us at info@patisserieofthepacific.com.
IMPORTANT NOTES

All cakes are shipped from Long Beach, CA.

At this time, orders cannot be shipped to a PO BOX address. Please make sure to provide a valid street address for your order, including apartment numbers, suites or floor numbers. Pâtisserie of the Pacific is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Please note that we may not be able to change your shipping address once your order has been placed, but we will do our best.

If no one is present at delivery address, the carrier will leave the package (no signature required). Pâtisserie of the Pacific is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have left our shipping department.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately we are not able to offer international shipping at this time. 
REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is very important to us so if you feel you did not receive the product or service that you paid for then please reach out to us at info@patisserieofthepacific.com.
