SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our cakes out on Mondays with UPS 2nd Day Air to ensure cakes arrive quickly and deliciously fresh. Order cutoffs are on Sunday at 12 noon (PST). All orders placed before 12pm on Sunday will ship the following day. Orders placed after 12pm on Sunday will ship on Monday of the following week. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order has shipped.

IMPORTANT NOTES

All cakes are shipped from Long Beach, CA.

At this time, orders cannot be shipped to a PO BOX address. Please make sure to provide a valid street address for your order, including apartment numbers, suites or floor numbers. Pâtisserie of the Pacific is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Please note that we may not be able to change your shipping address once your order has been placed, but we will do our best.

If no one is present at delivery address, the carrier will leave the package (no signature required). Pâtisserie of the Pacific is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have left our shipping department.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately we are not able to offer international shipping at this time. 
REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is very important to us so if you feel you did not receive the product or service that you paid for then please reach out to us at info@patisserieofthepacific.com.
